Exchanges and Replacements

At Raven Fightwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. Please review the following details to understand how we handle refunds, exchanges, and replacements.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

You can request a refund before your order is shipped. After shipment, exchanges are allowed within 60 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Contact sales@ravenfightwear.com with your order number and the purchaser's name.

Secondary and Tertiary Exchanges

Additional exchanges are possible within the original 60-day period but may incur a restocking fee. This policy ensures you get the right size and fit for your gear.

Replacement Policy

All items come with a 180-day quality guarantee. If an item fails due to manufacturing defects within this period, it will be replaced at no cost. Damaged items may not need to be returned; photos may suffice for replacements.

Purchases from Raven Stockists

If you bought from a Raven stockist, contact them directly for returns or exchanges.

Gift Items

Gift items can be exchanged under our exchange policy. Provide enough information to identify the order for processing.

Clearance and Custom Items

Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund. Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Club Gear

Club gear is custom made and cannot be exchanged. Speak with your instructor for any necessary exchanges within your club.

Sales Items

Items purchased during sales events can be exchanged but will incur restocking/shipping fees.

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards

Gift certificates are non-refundable once issued. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
