Returns and exchanges
Change of mind/incorrect size
You may request a refund prior to and only before shipment. All refunds will be returned to their original source (the same account you used to pay). We are unable to provide refunds to different credit cards, bank accounts or paypal accounts or to anyone other than the person who placed the order. Once your order has shipped you may only exchange it. You may request an exchange for an alternative item of similar value or store credit. If you want to cancel your order it is advised that you do so within 24 hours otherwise it may ship before you get a chance to do so!
If you would like to exchange an item please contact us email@example.com as soon as possible so as we can action your exchange and ship out a replacement.
When sending an email please include your order number as well as the name of the person who purchased the item.
All exchanges related to change of mind or incorrect size must be sent back to us within 60 days of you having received the item. We won't accept exchanges beyond this point. The 60 day period is based on the day you receive the item right up until the day you ship it. Shipping times are not factored into this.
All items that require exchange must be unworn (trying clothes on is not considered worn) and unwashed with original tags attached.
Not sure about your size? Ask us and we can generally recommend the right one. If we suggest the size wrong your exchange is on us.
All items include a 180 day (6 month) quality guarantee whereby if the goods fail within the first six month they will be replaced at no additional cost. Faulty items must be a result of manufacturing and not excessive wear and tear or incorrect usage.
If your item is damaged on delivery or fails within 180 days please contact us. Damaged items do not always need to be sent back and in most cases a photo will suffice.
To avoid delays please provide a photo showing the issue you are experiencing. Photos should be clear and should allow easy identification of the item.
Damaged/Faulty items will be replaced for the exact same item that has failed i.e. same style and size. We will not provide alternatives and if the item is no longer available we will simply refund the purchase.
Purchases from Raven stockists
If you have purchased goods from a Raven stockist please contact them first as we have no record of your purchase.
If you have received a Raven product as a gift you may exchange it so long as it is covered by our exchange policy. Your exchange can even be shipped directly to you without letting the original buyer know! We are unable to provide refunds to different credit cards, bank accounts or paypal accounts.
Please note: you will need to provide us with enough information to identify the order (order number or person who made the purchase). If the order is a 3rd party order you will need to contact them directly.
As clearance items are limited and low value they are not eligible for exchange or refund. Clearance items that are faulty are fully covered by our above replacement policy
All sales on custom items are final. As items have been customized we are unable to accept returns.
Items purchased during sales events (Black Friday, End of Financial Year etc) may be exchanged but will incur restocking/shipping fees ($5 per unit). These fees do not apply to all other purchases including military or VIP discounts.
Gift Certificates/Gift Cards
Once your transaction is complete our Gift Certificates are automatically emailed to your nominated email address in pdf format. You may print these out or email them to the intended recipient. Once issued these are unable to be refunded so please choose carefully.
