  • Free for orders over $100
  • $6 for orders under $100

Shipping Australia

  • Free for orders over 150 AUD
  • 10.50 AUD for orders under 150 AUD

Shipping United Kingdom

  • Free for orders over 75 GBP
  • 4 GBP for orders under 75 GBP

Rest of world

  • $12 flat rate shipping

If you place a second order prior to the first shipping we will combine and refund any excess shipping.

Shipping notes

  1. All prices are flat rate (postage doesn't increase with additional items).
  2. Tracking is included for all countries.
  3. Deliveries require signature on delivery.
  4. If shipping outside of the US or Australia import duties/taxes may apply.
    1. For residents of the EU/UK we will cover up to 10% of your order value in import costs. You are otherwise responsible for the rest.

My item has gone missing or hasn't arrived

Don't panic it may take a few weeks depending on where you are located. Check that your purchase isn't a pre-order or that we haven't contacted you regarding availability. In the first instance please contact the shipping provider listed on your shipment notice.

If your item has managed to get lost in the mail we will ship it again. Please note that in the instance that a replacement item is sent a reasonable amount of time must have already passed.

My tracking shows that my parcel was delivered but i don't have it!

In the first instance check that nobody in your household has received it and put it somewhere.  In the second instance take a look around your property as some couriers may safe drop parcels and in doing so will put them in places that are often obscure. Examples of this include but are not limited to: behind or within bushes/shrubs, under stairs or inside power boxes.

If all else fails send us an email and also call the courier. While it may be frustrating it often results in parcels being located. We will also lodge a missing parcel complaint on our end so as to ensure every effort has been made to locate and deliver your parcel.

Who do we ship with?

We ship with a variety of postal services/couriers. Who we ship with will depend entirely on where you are located as some areas may not be serviced by some couriers. Please note that our preferred shipping method is courier and as such they are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If you use a PO Box your order will ship via regular mail. We ship with the following services:

PO Boxes and APO addresses

Where possible you should avoid using a PO Box. While we can ship to a PO Box couriers generally will not deliver to them meaning we will have to use regular post. Courier is by far the safest and fastest option so a home or work address is usually the best option.

We can ship to an APO, however, these shipments must go via regular mail and can be slower than desired. 

Due to PO Box and APO shipments being slower we will prioritise them to reduce the delay as much as possible but in order to get your order faster we recommend you use a home or business address.
